July 25, 2009 - Coach Nader Moztarzadeh’s highly ranked rising U12 Boys Blue team,  traveled this summer to San Diego, California  to participate in the 29th Annual Surf Cup Soccer Tournament.  This prestigious event hosts many of the nations top youth teams.  Year after year the top teams in the country meet at this event to measure themselves against the best of the best.  The Surf Cup ran from July 25 thru July 27 and had one of their largest turnouts ever.  The boys faced the daunting task of having to play 11 v 11 in the large fields for the first time ever in their careers.  They didn’t come back with the cup, but they experienced some of the highest level of soccer competition in their young careers, while representing themselves well in posting a 1-1-1 Record.  The experience will go a long way in ensuring success in the upcoming season.
