Coach Nick’s U10 Boys Blue--Champions again!

Coach Nick’s U10B Blue team braved cold, wind and rain to compete in the Naples Kelme Cup.  The boys met the Coral Gables Toros U-10 team for their first game, and after an hour of playing in the cold rain, the match ended in a 2-2 draw.  On Saturday evening, the rain ceased, and the Pinecrest boys really had a chance to show off their soccer finesse.  They played the Boynton Beach Knights and won with a score of 7-1.  On Sunday morning, the sunshine helped to abate the chilly weather, and the boys advanced to the finals with a 4-2 win against Miami Lakes Black.  In the Champioship game, the boys faced a very fired-up Real Madrid team.  Pinecrest Premier Blue played beautiful soccer and beat Real Madid 4-2 to win the final game.  Throughout the tournament, the entire team displayed courage, determination and passion on their way to showing everyone, why Pinecrest Premier U10 Boys Blue are considered on the best U10 teams in the entire state of Florida.
