SPRING REGISTRATION
Hello Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club Families.
We’re excited and thrilled to announce the start of our SPRING LEAGUE 2025 “REC” Soccer Season to take place from August 25th - December 1st. To sign up, please click the registration button and have your corresponding credit card information ready. Below you’ll find useful program information and our proposed schedule for our Spring “REC” Soccer League. We look forward to seeing you on the pitch.

DUE DATE:
Registration Close on Sunday, December 21st (Note: Credit Cards must be provided to register and charged (processed) to secure a spot on a team)
PRACTICE:
Practices will commence on Januray 19th, and first games will be played on January 31st.
GENERAL MEETING AND UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION:
August 23th at Riviera Preparatory School at 9.00am to 12.00 noon. Mandatory Practice Meeting for all Coaches and Volunteers Coaches 10.00am to 11.00am at Riviera Preparatory School.
GAMES:
We will provide 12 weeks for the Spring Program with minimum 8 games for each team, depending on the number of the teams for Brackets we can add more games.
Location: Evelyn Greer Park, Palmetto Middle School and Pinecrest Community Center.

ADDITIONAL INFO
INFO PERTAINING TO THE PPSC REC PROGRAMS
Practice and Game venues may include Palmetto Elementary-Middle School, Pinecrest Community Center, and/or other facilities approved and provided by PPSC and/or VOP.
Practices are to take place once or twice per week depending on coaches’ availability between Monday and Thursday in 1 hour durations. There are only three time slots available: 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30PM.
Two (2) sessions per week minimum (1 practice and 1 game).
Balls, bag, cones & scrimmage vest supplied for team practice equipment.
Games will be played on Saturday mornings
Game uniforms and practice jerseys included each Fall season.
Each team formed should have a parent volunteer as the designated coach; coaching voucher providing a “Free Registration” for coach’s son or daughter.
GAMES/ COMPETITION
-
3v3 or 4v4 format (No players are allowed in the goal box when team is defending)
-
40-minute games (4 x 10-minute quarters) with centrally controlled timekeeping
-
50% Rule – All players on the roster must play at least 50% of the game time
-
Midfield build out line on all Goal Kicks
-
Kick-ins for U5 and U6 and Throw-ins for U7 and above
-
Game times: Saturdays at 09:00AM,10:00AM, 11:00AM, 12:00PM, and 1:00PM
-
Crossover games are possible, whereby teams can play vs an older age team, hence U5 vs U6 games can be scheduled
-
League operates without keeping any records, scores, results or standings
Team Organization & Formation

Maximum of 8 players which allows for 50% rule to be easily achieved
-
One parent volunteer to coach or assist with coaching duties at practices and games
-
One Team Representative (manager/liaison) to create group/team chat for weekly communications from directors
-
Siblings can participate on same team up to 2-year age difference maximum, subject to parents and directors’ approval
-
